At first, I thought it was me.
Classic recovering 'good girl'—blaming myself,
wondering what I was doing wrong.
But I wasn't alone
So many women were craving the same thing: a

Too often, I noticed coaches positioning themselves on pedestals, claiming they had it all figured out, yet not creating the conditions for women’s brilliance to rise.

I know, because
I was one of them. I held back so others could
have more space. I performed success instead of
naming my struggles.
II didn’t feel there was room to be vulnerable, to
name what was really alive for me. Even in spaces
I invested heavily in, I felt the pressure to polish
rather than the safety to be real.
What I longed for
was a coach who could draw out what I already carried. Someone who could hold my brilliance and my shadows at the same time. A space where hypersensitivity was honored as power. A container that celebrated the messy, raw, and becoming—not just the glossy, finished parts.
I wished for a space that
