Dragoness Rising Affiliate Program Terms of Service (Affiliate Agreement)
Effective date: January 19, 2026
These Affiliate Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the Dragoness Rising Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to these Terms.
1) Definitions
Company / We / Us: Dragoness Rising ( “Company”).
Affiliate: the person or entity approved to participate in the Program.
Affiliate Link: a unique tracking link issued to you for promotion.
Qualified Purchase: a sale that meets the requirements in Section 4.
Commission: the referral fee payable to you per Section 3.
Net Revenue: the amount actually received by Company minus refunds, chargebacks, credits, discounts, taxes/VAT/GST, and payment processor fees.
2) Eligibility and Enrollment
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of entering a binding agreement. We may accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may request additional information to verify identity, payment details, or compliance.
3) Commission Structure
Commissions are calculated as a percentage of Net Revenue for Qualified Purchases.
Affiliate commissions are calculated based on the final purchase price paid by the client at checkout (after any discounts, promotions, or special offers). Program pricing and promos may change at any time.
Affiliate receives up to 2 payouts maximum (the client's purchases have to be made within 365 days).
Here are the typical commission rates for current offerings (set by program):
Nourished YOU—Beyond Cravings ($22): 100%
UNCHAINED—11 Day Visibility Challenge ($28): 50%
PORTAL—More than just a Mastermind month-to-month fee ($123): %50
PORTAL—More than just a Mastermind year-long fee ($1,111): 10%
Chainbreaker Quantum Initiation ($888): 10%
Nourished-By-Design ReAlignment ($1555): 10%
ALL OF YOU month-to-month virtual fee ($1,111): 50%
ALL OF YOU year-long virtual fee ($11,111): 10%
Healthy Mama Happy Baby Online Course ($488): 10%
Commission does not apply to the Retreat Fee or any in-person components.
Some programs offer monthly or yearly payment options. Affiliate commissions are issued as a payout based on what the client pays at checkout
Monthly plan: commission is calculated on the monthly payment (e.g., $111/month → you earn 50% of $111 ).
Yearly pay-in-full: commission is calculated from the full payment (e.g., $1,111 → you earn 50% of $1,111).
Rate changes: We may update commission rates with notice (e.g., email or dashboard notice). Changes apply going forward and are not retroactive.
4) What Counts as a Qualified Purchase
A purchase is “Qualified” only if:
The customer clicks your Affiliate Link and completes purchase within the tracking window, and
The purchase is not refunded, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent, and
The purchase does not violate these Terms.
Tracking window: 365 days from click
5) Payouts
Payout schedule: 30 days after client's purchase
Payment method: Set up via your client portal.
Currency: USD
You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. If we cannot pay you due to incorrect information, payouts may be delayed until corrected.
6) Refunds, Chargebacks, and Adjustments (IMPORTANT)
If a customer requests or receives a refund (in full or in part), or if a payment is reversed/charged back, the related referral commission is no longer eligible.
Refunded or charged-back purchases earn no commission.
If a commission has already been paid for a refunded/charged-back purchase, the amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s future commissions until the balance is resolved.
Partial refunds will reduce the commission accordingly, based on the Net Revenue actually retained by the Company.
7) Promotional Rules (What You May Not Do)
You agree you will not:
Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about results, income, health outcomes, or “guarantees.”
Use spam, unsolicited messages, bots, or purchased email lists.
Misrepresent your relationship to Dragoness Rising (you are not an employee, partner, or owner).
Bid on our brand name or trademarks in paid ads (e.g., “Dragoness Rising,” “Samia Phoenix,” "Christiane Panesar" program names), including misspellings, unless we give written permission.
Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any tracking manipulation.
Post Affiliate Links on coupon/discount sites unless authorized.
Share your login, create multiple accounts to self-refer, or attempt to earn commission on your own purchases (unless explicitly allowed in writing).
8) Brand & Content Guidelines
You may use our approved brand assets (logos, graphics, swipe copy) only as provided or approved by us. You may not:
Alter logos in misleading ways,
Use our content to create competing offers,
Use our brand in a way that implies official endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship.
9) Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to Dragoness Rising trademarks, brand assets, program materials, and content. No license is granted except the limited right to promote using approved materials during your participation.
10) Customer Relationship
Customers you refer are our customers. We handle customer service, refunds, and delivery. You agree not to present yourself as our customer support channel.
11) Taxes
You are responsible for reporting and paying all taxes associated with commissions you receive. We may require tax forms or documentation before paying you, depending on your location.
12) Term and Termination
These Terms begin when you are accepted and continue until terminated.
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination:
You must stop using all Affiliate Links and brand assets immediately.
Eligible commissions earned before termination may still be paid, except commissions tied to violations, fraud, or refunded purchases.
13) No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that you will earn commissions. Earnings depend on many factors outside our control.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the Program.
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your promotions, content, or breach of these Terms.
16) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta unless otherwise required by law.
17) Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
